My daughter asked me recently, "Dad, what do you do all day?"
With that one simple question, I started a podcast. I had always assumed my daughters and family knew what I did as the owner of a marketing agency. Well, the truth is, they did not.
As a result, I put them on the spot and said, "why don't you ask me these questions on a podcast and we can help everyone figure out what I do all day."
This is the first episode of The Inspectations Podcast, powered by The Aebli Group (TAG). My name is Justin Starbird and I am the CEO of TAG and father to Alicia (Ah-lee-syah) Starbird, my first guest on the show.
Ali jumps right in and lets me know that she sees me talking all day, but not working. She also shares her perspective of my work-life balance and how that affects the family.
